We do not cover the shipping costs of returning the product. Subsequently, after we receive the returned product we will return the money within 7 days or send you the desired product. Make sure to add your return number. With no return number, it takes longer to process.
Order replacement product
We offer a special service to exchange lodger products once, when the product has a wrong size or colour. You will receive a voucher, so, you can place a new order and receive free shipping. You can only use this service when you wish to receive the same product. Return process is same as stated above. Return costs are for your own expense.
