You can expect great quality from Lodger. If we have sent you a damaged product or your product breaks too soon, you will have the right to complain about it. Please send your complaint directly too us via a return request or contact form. We will reach out to you in 24 hours (on working days) to solve your problems.
In case the complaint substantiated and you returned the item to us, we won't charge you for the return. If the whole order is returned, we will also refund the initial delivery costs.

We have a warranty of 12 months on every product which Lodger sells. This warranty is valid for malfunctions and damaged products. Products with damage due to wearing/using, will be on your own expense. Lodger endevours to take care of every parcel. Is there still something wrong with your order or you are not satisfied about the product? We would be grateful to hear your complaints and solve this matter together. In the newsletter we share baby inspiration, information about new collections/products and very nice discounts, which are exclusively available for newsletter members. Also, you will be the first one to shop our new collections or in the outlet. You can sign up here.
