The safest sleeping position for your baby is on its back so he can breathe freely. Your baby’s respiration can be hindered when your baby sleeps on its belly. Once your baby started rolling and is able to roll over by itself, you can let your baby decide its own sleeping position. If your baby moves a lot while sleeping, it is safer to use a sleeping bag instead of a blanket to decrease the risk of getting strangled into the sheet or blanket. Read the safe sleeping guidelines for more information.
